YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Where you have purchased the Goods as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with Us within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Goods. Where you do cancel a contract under this clause, then:
- You must notify Us in writing by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by writing to us at SOCCERTEL, 6 Heyes Mount, Rainhill, Merseyside, L35 0LU;
- You must retain possession of the Goods and ensure that the Goods are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the Goods are either collected by Us or delivered back to Us by you (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession and if you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation);
- We will notify you of when We wish to collect the Goods. The Goods will be collected by Us within 28 days of Our receiving your cancellation notice and We will charge you the cost of collecting the Goods, and will deduct this from any sum owed by Us to you. Alternatively, you can return the Goods to Us by contacting a customer service operator on 0845 686 1001 who will be able to take your details and will provide you with address details;
- We will refund any monies you have paid to Us (less any costs of collection if we collect the Goods from you) within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. If you fail to return or make available for collection any cancelled Goods within 30 days of the date of our receipt of the cancellation notice we reserve the right to recover the cost of the Goods from you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
28-day Right of Return
If you want to return a non-conforming or faulty item to Us, in addition to your right to cancel (as set out above) and your manufacturer's warranty (as set out below), we provide you with an additional right of return. In order to exercise this right you’ll need to do the following within 28 days of delivery:
Check the Goods when they are delivered to you. In the event that the Goods do not conform with your order or are faulty at the time of delivery, you should follow the next steps.
Contact us to receive a Returns Authorisation number. To get one, email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Us on 0845 686 1001.

Notify us of the non-conformity or fault.
You may either reject the Goods and request a refund of the price OR request a repair or replacement of the Goods.
Return the faulty or non-conforming Goods to us at SOCCERTEL, 6 Heyes Mount, Rainhill, Merseyside, L35 0LU with all original components.
We will then action your request.
We shall not, however, be liable for any indirect expense arising as a result of such non-conformity or fault, nor will We be liable to repair the Goods where the cost of repair would be disproportionately higher than the cost of replacement (or vice versa).
