Q) Can I keep my existing mobile number?
A) YES, it takes approx 24 hours to ‘port’ your existing number onto our system.
Q) Can I get a new number?
A) YES, if you do not want to keep your existing number then your new SIM from us will have a new number ready to go.
Q) Is there much work involved?
A) NO, none at all, we do everything for you.
Q) How long is the contract for?
A) There is NO contract whatsoever and you can naturally cancel at anytime.
Q) Which network does Soccertel use?
A) The Hutchison ‘3’ network.
Q) Do I need a credit card?
A) No, purchases and top-ups can all be done by transfer or in cash.
Q) Are there any age Restrictions?
A) NO, anyone of any age can join.
Q) Are there any commitments?
A) NONE WHATSOEVER, you top-up as much, or as little, as you want, when you want.
Q) Can I cancel if I am not happy?
A) Yes, you can cancel with no penalty whatsoever at anytime.
Q) Will I be credit-checked?
A) NO, no credit checks whatsoever.
Q) Can I be sure that I am helping MY favourite club?
A) YES, we are committed to putting a percentage of revenue BACK into YOUR chosen club.
Q) So, I top up £20 and get a free match day ticket to my club, there MUST be a catch!
A) NO ‘catch’ whatsoever, AND furthermore if you are a fan of our facebook page (www.facebook.com/soccertelecoms) you actually qualify for TWO free tickets for all purchases or top-ups prior to the end of June (and these can be used for next season if required)!
Q) Will my new SIM work in any mobile phone?
A) If your phone is unlocked, and is a 3G enabled phone, then yes. If it is not then you will need to contact your existing supplier to get them to unlock your existing phone. Alternatively you can purchase a new phone from us. Please note Soccertel SIMS ONLY work on 3G enabled mobile phones.
Q) Will Soccertel SIMS work with unlocked Blackberry´s and/or I-phones
A) They will generally work, but not for all services, and different makes and models react differently. Our advice is not to purchase a Soccertel SIM if you have a Blackberry or I-phone. We are currently in negotiations to change this situation so please keep checking back for an update!
Q) How easy is it to ‘top up’?

Q) I Have topped up £20 and would like to claim my free match day ticket
A) Email us (ticket@soccertel.com) clearly stating name, your mobile number, date topped up, and fixture you require. Your application for a ticket will ONLY be validated via a return email to you (within 72 hours) and under the following terms and conditions; a) You have topped up a minimum of £20 in one transaction. b) The ticket is for a league game. c) The ticket is subject to availability. d) Tickets will be issued on a ‘first come first served basis’ and ‘as they come’. We cannot guarantee which stand or seat you will be allocated (although they will always be in the home end). e) An application for a ticket must be made at least 7 days prior to the fixture itself. f) In the event of non-collection or non-attendance, the requested fixture the ticket is forfeited. g) Soccertel reserve the right to change the terms of the free match day ticket offer at its discretion and/or subject to abuse by the customer.
Q) Which games are my free tickets available for?
A) Tickets are available for any home league game, from participating clubs, subject to availability.
